Strategic And Collaborative Business Law Counsel
"I want to let my clients know all of their options, so that they can make a truly informed decision for their company, their best business decision. My whole family is in business, so I know how to connect with and relate to business owners beyond just being a lawyer. I appreciate how the business and legal worlds can truly blend together."
Blended Business and Law Litigation
Erica Dryden is an Associate Attorney whose work focuses on litigation, with some experience in transactional processes needed to avoid future lawsuits. She deals with all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation, going to lawsuit (trial?), or collections afterwards. Her main areas of experience include construction defect cases, property sales, employment issues, such as a breach of a duty or a breach of a non-compete agreement, property disputes, business partner disputes, and breaches of lease agreements.
Many of Erica's clients are the company or business owners themselves. Her variety of professional experiences and education in business and marketing allow Erica to relate to where her clients' business and legal needs collide. She is driven to achieve the best possible results for her clients, presenting them with all of their options so that they can make the most informed decisions possible related to their case.
Reliable Team-Player who Cares for the Community
Apart from various professional experiences with international oil and gas corporations, Rice University, and other businesses, Erica also values her volunteer support of local community organizations such as the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, the Slavic Alliance of Greater Houston, Polish Home Inc., and more. Her experience as a Division I Volleyball athlete continues to influence her driven, can-do work ethic, as she forms a vital part of our team in support of the firm's clients' litigation goals.
Clear Communication for Peace of Mind
Erica values keeping her clients updated about the progress of the case with consistent communication, and following up a conversation with an email to confirm that she and her clients are on the same page. She equips her clients with all of the information that they need to know to ensure their sense of satisfaction and peace of mind in the midst of stressful litigation processes.
