Daniel’s role as an outside general counsel has given him experience in a wide array of transactions, from the acquisition of a sizable oil field services companies to entity creation for small startups, Daniel has proven that he can accomplish his clients’ goals. Many of Daniel’s clients are Latin American businesses or families looking for investment opportunities or to transition their business to the US. Daniel’s highly coveted experience in the corporate office of PEMEX in Mexico and with federal judges in largely Hispanic border regions of Texas, combined with his own bicultural background, allows him to connect with clients from Mexico or Latin America and relate to their particular cross-border needs and concerns as they seek business, investment, or real-estate opportunities in the US.
