Koby Wilbanks, Senior Associate and outside general counsel, has a wide variety of experience in transactional matters, including entity formation and structuring, drafting and negotiating deals and contracts, employment issues, compliance, risk management, ongoing legal management, de-escalating potential disputes, and much more. She excels in managing projects in complex regulated environments and equips her clients with the strategies and processes to ensure proper compliance.
