Kathleen Witkovski is a Senior Associate Attorney in Murrah & Killough's Houston Office. Kathleen's primary practice area is family law, including divorces, custody disputes, adoptions, premarital agreements, and postmarital agreements. Kathleen is focused on assisting her clients during the most difficult and stressful times in their lives and helping them transition into the next chapter of their lives. During her years in practice, Kathleen has represented clients in highly contested custody battles and high net-worth property divisions, including divorces involving the valuation and division of businesses.
Kathleen's practice also includes estate planning and probate. By Court appointment, Kathleen serves as an Amicus Attorney in highly contested custody disputes as an advocate for a child's best interests by providing legal services necessary to assist the Court in protecting those interests.
Kathleen graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2005 and J.D. from Southern University Law Center in 2013.
Kathleen is a Board Member of the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section, an Associate Member and Committee Chair of the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court, a member of the Houston Bar Association LGBTQ+ Committee, the Family Bar of Fort Bend County, and the Association of Womens Attorneys.
